Will my 2 bed house fit in one van?
Usually, yes. A 19m³ Luton holds the furniture of most 2 bed houses plus 30 to 45 boxes. If you have a lot of large furniture or a full garage, send photos and we'll tell you before booking.
How long does a 1 or 2 bed house move take?
Most local moves take 3 to 6 hours, including loading, driving and unloading. Stairs, long walks from the van and unpacked items add time. See real times from our recent moves.
Do you dismantle beds and wardrobes?
Yes. Tell us which items when you book, and we'll take them apart, wrap the fittings and rebuild them at your new home.
Do I need to pack everything myself?
Please have loose items boxed and sealed before we arrive. We wrap and protect the furniture. You can hire 20 reusable crates for £59 for a week.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry Goods in Transit, Public Liability and Hire and Reward insurance. Ask if you need cover details for your letting agent or building.
Can you move my house at short notice?
Often, yes. We often have slots within the same week, and same-day or next-day moves depend on our diary. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and we’ll tell you straight away if we’re free.
What if my move is a 3 bed house?
We can usually do it in two trips, or we'll be upfront that a bigger removal firm suits you better. Either way, you'll know before you book.
