• Security Deposit Hold: A standard £200.00 deposit (£10.00 per crate) is paid prior to delivery.

• Full Refund: Refunded immediately upon return of the complete set in undamaged condition.

• Loss/Damage Fee: Billed at £10.00 per missing or destroyed crate, deducted directly from your deposit.

• Extension Policy: Need them longer? Just notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled collection to extend at £25/week.
